Maki — thin rolls with one filling
Maki are thin rolls wrapped in nori with a single filling. They all cost the same — 65 lei for 160 g — so it is easy to grab a few and build your own platter.
There are seven kinds: salmon, shrimp, crab, cheese, cucumber, avocado and baked salmon. Cucumber and avocado maki suit those who do not eat fish.
